I.C. Evans Elementary is celebrating its 50th Birthday on Thursday, May 23! There will be a community celebration on May 23, from 3:30pm-5:00pm in the IC Evans library.
Guests and alumni are invited to attend the celebration of the school’s opening in 1963. Staff will celebrate by wearing their 50th birthday t-shirts. Earlier in the day, the students will celebrate by singing “Happy Birthday”, sharing in birthday cake at lunch, and joining together in the shape of the number “50” on the playground for an aerial picture.
The current staff and students invite the five decades of grandparents, parents, students, and friends to return back through the halls of I.C. Evans Elementary. |
